I'm curious too.
The cheapest I could find a non-academic full version of Ultradev on http://www.pricewatch.com was about $500.
I'm also not clear that Ultradev does any database code generation, but allows a bit of drag and drop design, so the page wizards in CC would be quicker, I think.

I use both Ultradev and CodeCharge. However, I find that I use Ultradev mostly for the things that I could also find in regular Dreamweaver; i.e., the extensions and DHTML behaviors, etc. I have found that while Ultradev will greatly speed up ASP development for people that might be accustomed to something like MS Visual InterDev, it still doesn't hold a candle to the blazing speed with which I can create reliably coded sites using CodeCharge. And because CodeCharge has all those ready made functions embedded into the common and template asp files, I can severely cut back on time spent in testing, because I know the functions will work every time. So for these reasons, it's hard to even compare UltraDev and CodeCharge. CodeCharge just is not a Designer's tool at all, which is where Dreamweaver (Ultradev or the regular version) comes into play.
With CodeCharge we make the sites work quickly and remarkably well, and with Dreamweaver, we make them look pretty and work well from a UI perspective. You can see the latest site I and my designing counterpart put together in the example sites on the homepage of GotoCode, or go directly: http://www.wetnwild.com/orlando

Oh, and I would also like to add, believe it or not, the site I mentioned above (wetnwild.com) actually only consists of 2 pages. Using the ability in CodeCharge to make forms 'appear' and 'disappear' in the OPEN event in ASP, you're able to do quite a phenomenal amount of stuff with one template.
And, believe it or not, this site could have been done on one template; I just got lazy at the last minute when working on the events functionality. ;)
