I recently upgraded to the new CCS - I think it ran after the upgrade but not sure now.....

I get this error:

Generating "Header"
Error:Compiled file error
Source: Page "Header", Template name: General
Description: Microsoft JScript runtime error
Automation server can't create object
line = 176, col = 4 (line is offset from the start of the script block).
Error returned from property or method call.

I have reinstalled 3 times, once totally uninstalling CCS, rebooting and installing again.
I have disabled anti-virus, anti-spyware, google talk, google desktop, google excelerator, etc.

No change - has any experienced this - I have a couple of projects that need attention and I can't do anything ........................HELP

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Wow. That's EXACTLY what I just had happen when I upgraded 3.1.0.2 to
3.1.1.0. I was directed to do the wscript (and also MDAC) installs, but
that didn't do anything. CCS was still broken.

As an act of desperation, I re-ran the installer for 2.3.2.28 (because I run
both versions and noticed V2.3 was also broken). The installer provides
'install', 'repair' and 'remove' options. I chose to repair.

This cleaned up whatever was broken, and both versions worked again.
