Is there a problem for users that want to use the same project at the same time?

and does anybody can explain how to implement CVS? (note that i just want to control versions and i don't understant anything about how to start)

Take a look on the Source Control Integration topic in CCS help. It's under User's Guide > Working with Projects. But i was not trying CVS, only VSS.
