greetings once again,

thanks to all that answered my question on Ultradev and CC.

Does CC also create the databases needed for db web apps? I am primarily a Web designer with some experience and education in Web programming with Cold Fusion, would CC be simple for me to use if I wanted to develop say an ASP site? (clients can be finiky).

thanks

mike

I was in a similar situation you are in. More of a designer than anything, CC helped me speed up the programming side of it. And with the help of people here, you can probably accomplish anything you want with CC. It is very rapid, although you will need to create your database, and tables outside of CC. Trust me, it isn't too difficult to do. Especially with the templates you get with CC, they give you SQL scripts you can load in just about any database frontend, and the script will create the db and tables for you. Then just look at how they did it and it will all make sense. It still is amazing how much quicker you can dev a site with CC as opposed to without. Hope this helps. If you have any detailed questions, email mejeremy@rockymountainpc.com.

Have fun
Jeremy
