Can you include a record grid with date pickers into another CCS page?

I stripped down a copy of a page to only the record grid and set it as includable. I could not delete the js at the top of the HTML template without deleting the date pickers from my form.

When I attempt to use the new include file, I get a blank page.

Any suggestions?
