Ok so I'm probably missing something basic here.
First let me say I've gone through all of the builders and I am completely blown away by how cool these are!!! Then I started messing aroung with the components/controls and they are also pretty cool.
But, I cannot seem to figure out how to wire up all of the pages CCS creates for me. What I want to do is create one or more pages that would serve as indexes to the entire application. And, I want the CCS styles we have chosen to also work on these pages.
Is there some sort of generic panel I can drop into my projects and then use that for headers, background formatting, text styles, etc. That way when I change my overall style, my HTML would change right along with the CCS-generated HTML.
Not sure if this is making sense but imagine if I dropped a record form onto my page and then cleared out all of the "record form" stuff and just left behind the nicely colored panel with the title bar area and the footer bar area, etc. That's what I'm trying to accomplish.

Take a look at the generated html.
In order to accompish what you want, you are going to have to code your
apges the same way.

so there is no way I could just drag an empty panel that is already formatted with the header bar, borders, footer bar, etc?

I apologize. You ar no overly clear in what you want to accomplish.
You could generate something in CCS and then cut/paste the html into your
nonCCS pages (I assume that is what you were asking).
