I have a process which provides HTTP port for OWL monitoring interface. It provides tracing facility by enabling the tracing flags given on its web page.
Those tracing flags are nothing but checkboxes. Once those are ticked ON, finally we've to click the "update tracing flags" button.

I would like to achieve this by means of an external perl script which takes input as address & port number of this process and then updates the tracing flags.

Attached JPG file shows the tracing flags & button to update them.

May you please guide me how can I do this through a perl script?
Many thanks in advance for your help.
