If I give cyrillics names to balloon, caption, picture, hightlight when I press application shortcut "SPACE" (Show object labels in the frame editing area) names of labels show in the incorrect charset.

FYI, this issue was fixed and DemoCharge download updated on YesSoftware Website to version 1.1.1.9.
