I bought Democharge less than a year ago and am now finally using it. The problem I'm having is that it's not recording all screen changes. For example, if the window I'm recording changes, Democharge just keeps recording the previous window.
I tried changing the frequency and other settings to no avail. I have a new computer so it's not a hardware issue. What's the deal?

Two questions. Do you have the most recent copy?? Did you contact support?? They are probably the best ones to assist you (http://support.yessoftware.com).
