Hi, does anybody use or can recommend a reporting tool that has graphing/charting functionality ? Preferably a tool that is like CCS that has wizards and a code generation engine.

It depends on what you are trying to do.
You may want to check out BIRT (part of Eclipse) - it does require Jakarta,
but it works.
A while back someone had a commercial report generator in ASP - I believe it
is the company which today is named "Apex SQL". You may want to check
there.
For charting, you may want to look at FusionCharts from INfosoftGlobal -
client side charting, so it is cross platform.

thanks for your response.
here are some others i found as well;
ASP Report Wizard - couldn't get this to install properly
ASP Report Maker - cost is $50 US, tested this looks okay, has wizards
Logi XML is free - this is based on .net
