I'm getting the following error while trying to compile my project. I haven't had it compiled since I moved to 3.1. Any help?

Error:Compiled file error
Source: Record "ISSUE", Template name: FormFunctions
Description: Microsoft JScript runtime error
Object required
line = 1148, col = 2 (line is offset from the start of the script block).
Error returned from property or method call.
