have anybody seen this error before and how do i solve it??

at (eval 1) line 3
Perhaps a required shared library or dll isn't installed where expected
at Common.pm line 56
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/netscape/suitespot/NCI/MedinaSDK/cgi/batch/userCreate/CreateUser1.cgi line 7.

im using mysql and perl... installed DBI and DBD already :)
