I have a site that uses a basic login page to access the admin area but the site administratoire can never login for some reason or other. When I login from my own computer or the other one in the office it always works. There is no custom code added fror anything in the login page.
I am not using any internationalisatiuon features.
The admin is located overseas - is there anything in the setings of a computer or the keyboard setup or something that would cause a different character set to be used and prevent a successful login?
I am having a huge problem debugging this one because I can't get the login failure to repeat on any of my PCs
Ok I guess it could be somethign weird she is doing but we've been over all the obvious things like caps lock on etc.

There could be many reason why she is having problems. Are you using cookies by any chance?? Are your passwords case sensitive?? Is she behind a firewall?? Is there a way for you to see exactly what she is doing so that you can correct the problem??

Not using cookies
The passwords are case sensitive - but she knows that.
How would a firewall affect the login process. I am using the basic windows firewall here anyway.
She is using various comnputers where she 's staying and has never been able to login. I can't think of any way to find out exactly what she's typing.

Give us a go, using PM send a login code, and I will do it from The
Netherlands.
See if that is overseas enough.
