Hi, CCS expertises,
To make a BOM structure, assembly and components relationship,
when building 6-level SQL select statement in CCS (i.e. a table is added into the SQL builder screen 6 times, then the first one left join to the 2nd, the 2nd left join to the 3rd, ...), an error occurred. When seeing the live page, can not find the 4th level.
When i reduced the levels to 3, no error at all.
Is there any limitation of the ODBC or MySQL, or is there any setting can let me loop this self join 6 times or more?
If not, pls advise how to work around this.

Are you actually joining one table to itself 6 times?
That is what I read from your post.

What is the error?
Is this a grid? Is the grid's maximum record per page setting exceeded?
This is a property you can change to whatever value you like either at
design-time or run-time.
If it's MySQL 5, there's the option to put the query into a view, which
would certainly eliminate any issue with OCBC imposing a limit, if that's
the reason.

Hi, CCS expertises,
i think i should not have made this - self join so many times, since it is too slow.
i should use some other methods to achieve this.
Anyone can suggest me a simple function/program or any existing example for finding the nth level components breadkdown?
