 Message box in web forms

I want when user logs out of the site a confirmation box appears "do you want to logout??"
This can be done in windows forms regularly but how is it to be done in web forms.....

also possible to have a logout link, redirect to a confirmation page and
then do the logout().
Just remember this is web development, no one stops you ruser from just
closing the browser, bored with all the messages.
He/she is then logged out!
