ASP.Net application written on CCS.
Our clients complain regarding web-application performance.
After I run http request in Fiddler, I noticed that every time I load the page, application requests "ClientI18N.aspx".
Even more, CCS application sends this request 3-4 times, depending on my page structure (how many included pages).
Even more, this code is not cached, and with every request client waits for this file again.

Questions:
1. How to minimize number of requests
2. Is it possible and How to put this file into client (browser) cache?
