I am using PHP and MS SQL Server.

I have a form that I am trying to limit the display of records to ones between a set of dates.

The record has a field emp_task_timedate which is a date field.
I have created two controls beginDate and endDate which are date fields.
Within the source for the GRID I have created a select statement and I am trying to limit the dates appearing in the grid by using the WHERE clause. I have tried setting the display format, database format, switching the fields to TEXT fields and even using the EXPRESSION version of the WHERE clause with no results. I have tried making the parameter a URL as well as a SESSION variable.

I have even tried to simplify my comparison to emp_task_timedate <= endDate but no matter what I set endDate to on the form it continues to return all records.

Any hints tips advice?

Regards
Tim

Have you tried running your sql in MSSQL directly?? Are you sure that your date fields are formatted correctly??
