I've just converted an asp app to PHP (with a little help from Navicat!)
I have a page with a table which loads a load of titles and saves them as session variables.
The page also loads an include page.
The contents of the include page is filtered by comparing fields in the DB with the session variables above.
Now, works fine in ASP,but needs to be refreshed for the fields to filter in PHP.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tony

By''needs to be refreshed'you mean after loading and presenting page you have to press (IE:F5) to have the included page display correct values?

I betcha it's less of a ASP versus PHP functionality problem as it is an
IIS versus Apache issue.
I'm no web server software guru, but it -seems- to me that allowing a
session to be set and then referenced on the same page would be a bad
thing to allow when it comes to security.
I would suggest you create a page that does all of the session setting
stuff, then redirect to the page that has the include. The visitor will
never see these things happening. If there's a whole lot of stuff
happening in the background, toss in a little progress bar or graphic
for intuitive purposes.

Nice one!
Sorted looks good too.
Must say CCS is great when I can convert an app from asp to php in a morning have it running and start to develop as before.
Been meaning to switch for a while just didn't realise it would be so painless (famous last words)

Spoke to soon...
ASP is a lot more forgiving and it's in English
All I want to do is assign a HTML iframe string to a label formated as HTML
easy in ASP Label.value="<iframe name=""NAME"" scr=""pagename.asp"" width etc. etc...
but in PHP...
Server my right ...pride before a fall!

Do this all the time in PHP. Watch how you're doing your double/single
quotes.
Sample:
$FrameValue = "<iframe name='main' src='" . CCGetParam("module","index")
.. "/" . CCGetParam("ret_link","overview_status.php");
$FrameParams = "' width='100%' border='0' frameborder='0'
height='100%'>Your browser does not support inline frames, or is
currently configured to not display inline frames.</iframe>";
$Component->SetValue($FrameValue . $FrameParams);
