Although the path in Projects\.NET Framework is set to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727, CCS continues to use framework 1.1.4322.2032, after running the Application Builder.

How can this be changed?

The .NET Framework version should be selected in Project Settings -> Server/Script -> Target Version.

Yes, but that isn't available, until a project is open. I have no problem re-selecting the Framework, once the project is built. It just seems strange that it won't automatically select .NET 2.0, that there seems to be no way to set that as a default.
