I am working to migrate existing php web app to coldfusion 8 plataform. I see that CCS only support CFMX 4 tags, so no new features available instead hard hand code. Will be an update to solve this o someone o forum could solve?

Yeah, me too.
But I use CCS in its cf4 paradigm all the time and have not had an issue.
Any new stuff, I put in trigger events.
It works.
