Did anybody knows how to convert the code charge source code version 2.4 to 3.2.
I've successfully convert it. However, when want to publish got this error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CP2007\db_mysql.php on line 97"

Can't we use the previous version code?

Help me

You can use previous project. You can open the previous project and press F9 to regenerate and republish it. Some issues may occur and need to be investigated individually.
You can also try deleting all common files from your project folder, including those that give you errors (db_mysql.php).

Did you mean try to delete db_mysql.php?
Doesn't effect other operations?

Peter meant that you should delete the common.php file and the db_mysql.php file that is reporting the error, then press F9 to republish the entire project. The missing files will be regenerated in the correct version. That is the common technique to repair differences in project files between versions.
There are a lot of addition features in 3.2xx over your previous version so take some time to explore them. When I had workable projects on 2.xxx and upgraded to 3.xxx, I ended up simplifying them and used the built-in added functions in place of the custom code that was needed to perform the same tasks in 2.xxx
Good luck
