This is the weirdest thing.
I have a simple form with a text filed and a check box.
I have the folllwing setting set for the checkbox.
Check Value = 1
Unchecked Value = 0
Default Value = Unchecked.
Upon insert without checking the box, noting is inserted into the checkbox field.?
I was under the impression that a 0 would be inserted. Is it me, am I nuts?

Just as a note maybe diferent case
i was pullign my hair for about an hour
Try this
Creat a radio Button instead of check box.
and after that change the obecjt using rightclick to checkbox.
just a try (dont ask)
