As you know CCS needs a server (localhost) to publish the generated pages. I needed a portable server that would work on all PC's. Its nice to put the generated CCS-project in your pocket and just plug it in at work or at home. I also wanted to test my application on PHP 4 and 5.

Good ones!
But I miss the ability to switch between PHP4 and 5 like you can do in XAMPP.
