Hi Rodrigo
How about making these two fields listbox fields.
The list box can lookup data from other tables.
GOOGLE (RUBBISH) TRANSLATION:

You can use a your own statement "insert".
In the BeforeExecuteInsert:
1. rewrite the original "insert" statemet ...
$YourGrid->DataSource->SQL = "insert into FirstTable (field3,field4,...) values ($fieldValue3,$fieldValue4,...)";
and then ....
2. always in the same event, write a new statement od "insert"
$dB = new clsDBYour();
$SQL = "insert into SecondTable (field1,field2) values ($fieldValue1,$fieldValue2)";
$dB->query($SQL);
$dB->close();
bye
