In an attempt to fix a search form results problem, it was suggested that I delete the search form and recreate it. No problem, except now the search form is the last form on the page instead of the first.

My apologies if this is a totally stupid newbie question, but I have read and searched the docs and cannot find what I assume is a simple way to re-order forms on a page.

Please help!

Thanks,

Marc

In the list of the forms on the page (i.e. under "Forms" in page view) you'll see arrows ( something like this FirstForm > or < SecondForm > ) Click on those arrows to re-order your page layout.

You can use the cut/paste/delete icons on the "page" to shift the forms right or left...I suggest you practice on an "Add Similar Page" until you've mastered it or use the copied page to paste back a form into your master...should you screw up.
Good luck
