Guys,

Tried to generate a simple report today using the report builder, and
CCS 3.2 generated code kinda weird. Specifically, the navigator was
located above the row data. Is this a known issue?

I have a screen capture of the page which shows the problem.
If anyone wants to see the pic, just drop me an e-mail:

randall xxATxx OFFSHOREWARRIORS DOTT COMM
(obfuscated intenionally to beat the bots :)

BTW, I noticed that the <tfoot> tag was not being generated
in the HTML code. I had to manually enter the start and
end tfoot tag to bring the navigator down.

Regards,

Randall

By any chance did you pass this on the CCS support ( http://support.yessoftware.com )?? I am also assuming that you are using the most recent copy of CCS as well... I personally have not run into the issue you described above.

No. I didn't report this yet. What I like to do is post the possible bug here first for a
few reasons:

1) It lets other users know about the situation.

2) Others might speak up and say it's already a known issue and being looked into.

Furthermore, someone might also post a quick fix / work-around, informing the
masses even further. Fortunately, we happened to notice the fix, and we decided
to share it with others, should they run into a similar situation.

We are running the latest, greatest version CCS -- version 3.2. Also, 3 of us here are
using CCS 3.2, and all of us are seeing this problem.

BTW, like others here, we're really excited that version 4.0 will be supporting AJAX!

Best Regards,

Randall
