CCS 3.2

Perhaps we're missing a step here, but when we checkout a CodeCharge
project from CVS, it doesn't pull the Project Settings. The Project
Settings (ie: connections, authentication, etc.) have to be set for each
person working on the project via CVS.

Are we missing something?
