I have created a dropdown category listbox. How do I display the values alphabetically?

Please Advise

Hi Makande777
In Design mode select the listbox. Then, in the Properties panel on the right select the Data Source for the listbox at the far right side where 3 dots will appear that opens the Visual Query Builder page for that list box.. Select the title Order By on the far left frame and the bottom center frame changes to Order By. In the column labeled Column/Expression select the first empty row from the list of fields that will be sorted by. In your case order by the field that contains the text that you want to sort on. In the next column to the right you can select Ascending or Descending with a default of Ascending. Select OK at the bottom to close the Visual Query Builder and that's there is to it.
You can also add the Order By clause manually in the SQL view if you prefer.

Wow, the lists are working but now I am geting a
' Not matching connection' error message in my Visual Qury Builder for two tables that I selected.
