Hello all.

Currently, I have a component that is in a grid, with a company logo and header and database values placed nicely along with some standard contract/document text.
User clicks a link to view/print this single document for each employee on their grid.

They didn't want a Print all option at the beginning to ensure that the managers reviewed each record for errors prior to printing. After much complaining, they now want a way to "Print All" records.

Would love to hear some suggestions/ pointers on how to accomplish this simply.

Have played with reports but I need something much simpler and less cluttered.
Have also studied the the Printable Version link and can reproduce, but how do I get it to load all the records? Currently, all I can get it to print is the one record that is displayed

This has to be done via web browser, can't have employees buying Navicat or some such software.

PDF would be nice, but alas I am lost.

Thanks for any help offered.

You can use FPDF to make nice PDF's for you.

http://www.fpdf.org/

All you would do it make a new page and in the before show event, place the code and write a query to return all records

I have created software that creates a PDF report. Here is a link: http://forums.codecharge.com/posts.php?post_id=74329

There is definitely directions in the forums that will guide you to accomplish the same thing that I did.
