Yesterday more RAM was added to my computer, and today CodeCharge runs through the end of the SPLASH screen and then does nothing, it just disappears. Is this a side-effect of the way it does activation?

I tried, erasing the information from the registry and re-registering, while the registration screen works, I still can't get the codecharge windows to come up.

I don't know what caused the failure (exactly), but running the installation (ignoring warnings about how it's a bad idea) and installing over the old installation brought it back to life.

Have you contacted support for help( http://support.yessoftware.com )?? Also, what is your test environment??
