Hi,
We are considering converting current project developed with CCS using Perl to either .NET or Java.
The website will run on Win32 platform
Which way to go Java or .NET ?
Main points
1. Deployment - in which platform it will be easier to creatre a setup that installs everything ?
2. Maintenance - enhancing using third party libraries etc...
3. Known bugs and work arounds
4. Performance

One more things -
Debug - what is needed to debug the program (buy more software ?) how easy is it to debug under the web server i.e.
in perl we just use special flag debug the program under the webbrowser (http://forums.codecharge.com/posts.php?post_id=54588)
