I have a drop down box in a record and i have it concat so it will join first and last name it works good all my users show like i want the problem I am having is i want to be able to select the user and click delete and it will remove the user from the database I have been back and forth and every which way this is the only function i have not been able to get working any help is appreciated.

There are a couple of ways that you could do this. One way is to have an admin section that will list all the names and allow you to delete a name by selecting that row. Another way is by creating a form that allows you to select a name from a drop down list and submit (delete) the selected record.
