Hello All,
I have a standard search form where one of the codes is "D" and the other is "SD" and when I click on "Search" records with both codes are being pulled in.
Anyone know where I can alter this behavior or tell me what I am doing wrong?

Check for AND in your Where statements.. make sure it's not set to OR.
Where fieldtable1 = s_something1 AND
fieldtable2 = s_something2
That's the first thing that came to my mind anyways

ckroon,
I apologize for not being clear in my first post.
For the sake of argument there is only one search field being used. Within the domain for that field I have the following values: "D", "SD", "SS", and "S".
If for the search field I want to return only those records with a value of "D" CCS is returning all records with both "D" & "SD" when, IMHO, it should only be returning records with the "D" value.
Does that make sense?

wcboyd:
Ckroon was close enough.
Your search form calls a resulting Grid.
The Grid has a Datasource, the datasource (properties, datasource press the
[...])
is set to handle the posted searchdata.
In (standard) your datasource most likely the WHERE clause is 'contains'
you hower want exact match so it should be set to 'equals'

Craig, make certain your search field parameters are set for 'equals
to', not 'contains', 'begins with', etc. That's obvious.
Secondly, try encapsulating your field with single quotes (''), so it'll
look something like table.field = '{SearchParameter}'.
Third, make certain you've specified the correct field type (Text) and
search parameter type (Text), doubly checking that your field definition
is indeed Text.
That's a buncha obvious information, but you don't give us much to go on
either.
