I was previously working with a coder that used CODECHARGE studio. For his own personal reasons the coder was unable to finish the project.
The project is pretty much done, I just need to make a few changes and fix some bugs. The code is quite complicated so I would hope the coder would be very experienced. You can see an example of the code here http://www.therightcontact.com/contact/search_parameters.php.
