 Please check out my client's site uploadyourclip.com. It uses Amazon's S3 and EC2 services for video conversion and storage and MediaTemple's DV servers for general hosting.

Its the phantom player from Earth Science Agency (www.earthscienceagency.com/). They have a phone number, if you call ask for Blue (yeah that's his real name and he's pretty awesome) and tell him Brian from UploadYourClip.com referred you. He can customize the code for you and its pretty affordable. We are switching players in the next week or so though.
