Hello.

Consider the following scenario:
- we need a search record that has two dependent list-boxes (A and B); the search criteria is the value of B (for instance: states and cities - we just need to know the city id, but we have to filter by state)
- we select something in A (state a1)
- B gets refreshed
- we select something from B (city b1)
- we click the "search" button
- the page gets refreshed, but A and B no longer reflect the selected search criterias (a1 and b1).

Same scenario for a Record (used to edit something).

Does anyone know how can this be achieved? I wrote to the support team, posting this as a wish, but no answer.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Dani

No, @mamboBROWN, thta would not help.

The problem is that B get populated only when A is changed. On page reload, A is populated (due to CCGetParameter which reads its value from GET/POST) but B is not populated because the A.onChange() event in not fired. However, if we manually trigger that event at window.init, B would get populated, but the correct option is still not selected.

Dani
