How would you like to use it?
You can access joomla database from CodeCharge Studio and create Web pages that display and update joomla data.

You can use a wrapper to wrap the pages as needed. This is simple, but you have to style to match and it does not utilize Joomla security, except to restrict access to the menus. If someone knows the URL they could access the pages directly still. I suppose you could use the user table as your security table, but I am not proficient enough with hashes to tell you how to do this.
A usefull addin for CCS would be a style that automatically picks up joomla's css and applies it to the CCS page. Anyone bored and looking for something to do? Maybe someday we will see a bridge or application to link the two.

It would be great if we could use codecharge to generate joomla friendly Components and Modules, I made an attempt to do so and tracked down the changes (includes) needed to allow codecharge generated php to work like a Joomla component.
If I had the time it would be great to take this idea further.
