After a day of silly problems and lots of crashes:-(

I'm of a mind to go back to 3.2.

I always jump too soon, knacker a few projects and waste lots of time.

What do ya think struggle on or what?

I'd wait, but for me it's too late

My answer would be Yes and No, depending on the person/project/technology.
The number of issues submitted to our support is high but smaller than after the initial CCS 3.0 release. And I've seen customers working on complex projects and having only basic questions that are answered without fixing anything. There are surely CCS4 bugs being reported and additional CCS4 updates are expected, but rather nothing major so far.

Decided:;
Since I can install V4 alongside V3 I'm going to run them both.

Only using V4 for new projects as I suspect my problems are to do with the project I originally developed in V3.

I have V1, V2 and V3 (and the original CC) running to maintain older projects another version won't make any difference;-)

Peter,

Just wanted to thank you for your candid response! It is quite helpful to know where we are with the new release. We never expect these to be 100% but hearing the comparison to the V3.0 release and knowing nothing major is in the works is great news!

We also have installed 4.0 alongside 3.1 and are working on 4.0 on less critical projects. So far so good!
