Just had a job come in that might require to be run offline.

Like a propa app:-D

...anyone done this?

Use a XAMPP install and disconnect all internet access.
Apachefriends XAMPP run as services will autostart with the machine,
delivering MySQL DB server and Apache with needed extensions running
smoothly.
Run your app as localhost
