Any recommendations on a development environment for PHP that includes a debugger? I'm running on windows platform.
I'm a CF user and have been using ColdFusion Studio for all my work and now I need to get into some PHP and want a similar environment. A co-worker recommended ZEND studio.

Use the Zend IDE, is't from the people behind php. There's a debugger included but if possible use their php server with debugger.
