The standard JS Confirmation Message I added as an OnClick (Client) event on a Delete Button is working fine in IE but in FF the record gets deleted without hesitation or message.
Does anybody else can confirm this, it could be that my FF settings are responsible for this. I work with FF 2.0.0.12.
Thanks,
Richard

Make sure javascript is enabled in Firefox.

Thanks for this suggestion but (ofcourse) I made sure that the settings in FF are correct.
Thats the thing: Everything (and I use a lot of Javascript) is working fine, except the Confirmation Message. I checked the script and it looks ok, otherwise it would also not show up on IE, which it does.
But keep them coming, those ideas, because I tried a lot but keep having this issue...
Others who work also with this version of FF (2.0.0.12) can confirm they have a working (standard) Confirmation Message (CCS v4)?
Thanks,
Richard

What version of IE is the javascript working in? IE6 or IE7? IE6 was
on it's own planet when it came to compliance standards.
Another thing I've done in situations like this is to just back-out all
javascript on your page (including excluding includes - how many people
get to say that!) and place back in one-by-one so you can isolate the
function.
Since it's just a confirmation message, try doing your own confirmation
message in the button's onclick event:
onclick=return confirm('really?');
just to see if it's a problem with the way CCS is handling the
javascript function for the button versus reg'lar javascript.
