Harib,
1) Yes Software support is pretty responsive. Did you contacted via regular
support lines? (http://support.codecharge.com/support_new.asp)
2) When I started with CCS, I would get tons of errors but at the end, it
was the way I was coding the options.
3) I'll read again your original post and see if I can figure out.

Did you delete your previous message? As I don't see it now, only copied in Jan's response.
