I am using the file upload from the sample pack and it works fine. However when I select Delete I get the typical confirmation "Attachment will be deleted are you sure?" I select yes and then get "HTTP 500 - Internal Server error"
This is typical of a database/ program access error. I have checked all the files references and they are all in the database.
Anyone experience this? Any ideas where to look?

 Thanks Oper,
I had not converted the db name in that script from the example. The detailed error message revealed the cause and line of code.
