I need to set a limited number of successful logins (3) for a certain user level only.
Any suggestions on where to start on this? Has anybody implemented something like this before?

Using the "Search" in TopMenu of Forum, search for:
"login try" or "login tries" or "login count"
The link in this article might be spot on though.
