CCS 4 Custom Insert in Editable Grid insert problem

Hi,

I have generated an Editable Grid with the wizard.
Now I'd like to manually add some db fields.
When I edit Custom Insert and I add the fields I have set up, the new fields are not inserted in the new record.
I have looked at generated php code and I have to add some lines manually (In InsertRow function and in the constructor of my form Class).
Is it a bug or did I miss something ?
