 UserID Filter not filtering completely

Done everything correct, as far as I can tell, to setup to the userID, but it's not filtering to the logged in user. It filters the data down to the selected table but the actual user.

  
SELECT *   
FROM WebUsers INNER JOIN (Clients INNER JOIN WebUserClients ON  
Clients.Client = WebUserClients.Client AND Clients.Sub = WebUserClients.Sub) ON  
WebUsers.UserID = WebUserClients.UserID  
WHERE Clients.Name = '{WebUserClients.Client}'  
AND WebUserClients.UserID = {WebUsers.UserID}

Have you tried executing this query in MySQL directly?? Does it work?? Are you using session variables in your query??
