I have opened a ticket due to an error "Error:pCXCConverter->backTransformationWithDOM failed " which has suddenly started up.

However the whole system now seems decidedly flaky despite doing a re-install. The GUI locks up and also loses complete controls usually after I have nearly completed them! Trying to save copies as I go along results in copies showing in the explorer panel but a blank screen in the main graphical window. Not ideal:-<

Does anyone know if the uninstall routine that is part of the automated removal prior to re-install cleans the registry of all related keys? If not is there a tool provided by Yessoftware that does a 'deep clean' of CCS related keys?

Basically I want to do what is in effect a clean install. System is Vista Ultimate.

A couple of other issues.
Working with projects in the default projects folder proved impossible as all the *.js files were read only.
I found a lot of data stored in the 'applications' area of my account (having created a directory under 'documents' in which to place my project files). Is anyone else having odd issues with respect to file locations under Vista?

Useful thoughts appreciated, I will post a response when I have an answer to the DOM error.
