Does anyone know how to alternate the row styles in reports?

A report doesn't contain the Before Show Row event as in a Grid or Editable Grid.

I've tried inserting an attribute and setting the Set Row Style function to the Before Show event of the relevant section but unfortunately it doesn't work.

Thanks in advance

Steve :)

I am not yet very familiar with CodeChargeStudio .Net so I can not give details for that language but in PHP the set row style code is based on a RowNumber variable of the grid/report.

In a grid the RowNumber variable is maintained for you (incremented for each row added) in a Report it is not. The solution is to increment this variable yourself before calling Set Row Style.

As you pointed out the Before Show event of the Report Detail section is the logical place to put both.

Steve, I hope this is helpful if you are still looking for an answer or anyone else (myself included) who has been scratching there heads over this.
