How can I make and FTP publish in CCS, it didn't came with the option ...
HELP!!!!!!!!!!1

Unfortunately now it's unavailable , please generate in a local folder and
upload code using your favourite ftp tool.

When you say now its unavailable you mean now in the beta version or the CCS solution.

It is unavailable only in the current Beta.
FTP will be added shortly.
As a temporary solution you can:
1. Right-click on Project node in Project Explorer
2. Select Generate Code.
3. Click Save All
4. Publish project files via an FTP software.
