I don't know if anyone has faced this, but I just went from a 3.0 trial version to a 4.0 licensed version. It imported the project and updated it, When I try to change themes, nothing happens when published. The generated by codecharge studio tag remains at the bottom. The database connections dissapeared. Every time I fix that and close the app, the connections dissapear again. I tried importing it twice, and both times I faced these same issues. Any ideas where I went wrong in the upgrade?

Have you tried asking support ( http://support.yessoftware.com ) for assistance?

No I did not try getting with support, but I did try re-inputting the connection settings for the ftp and oddly enough, that resolved it :)
Apparently migration wipes server and db connections. Thanks for replying mamboBrown!
